This Zoning By-law Amendment application proposes to construct a garden suite through a temporary use by-law. The proposed garden suite will be located to the south of the main dwelling and will be accessed by the same driveway. If approved, the temporary use by-law would be in effect for 20 years from the day of the passing of the by-law.
