The purpose of the proposed site plan application is to propose a mixed-use development, including commercial, retail, office and residential uses.

The third submission for the site plan application described below has been submitted for review to develop the 4.067 ha parcel of land at 19086 Leslie Street, located west of Leslie Street and south of Mount Albert Road. The Owner is proposing seven 4-storey back-to-back stacked apartment buildings for a total of 244 units, a 1-storey commercial building, a 2-storey commercial building, and one 8-storey mixed-use building containing retail at grade and residential above grade (total of 240 units). The Owner is proposing underground parking for the residential and mixed-use buildings. The Owner is proposing to obtain approval for the entire site plan. The Owner is proposing to develop the proposed site plan in three phases. Phase 1 of the proposed site plan will consist of the two commercial buildings and the four back-to-back stacked apartment buildings for a total of 140 units. A recommendation report is scheduled for the Committee of the Whole Council meeting on December 19, 2023, recommending the endorsement in principle and delegation of final approval to Town staff. |
