The proposed residential Draft Plan of Subdivision is to divide the lands into 9 development blocks to facilitate the development of 15 single-detached dwellings and 14 townhouse units on a private road for a total of 29 units.
Current Status |
The proposed development has been appealed to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT). LPAT has identified the following three issues: 1) Servicing Allocation A Council meeting is scheduled on July 27th to obtain Council's direction on the proposed settlement matters. |
