Applicant: 6ix Development Inc. (19820 Holland Landing Road Inc.)  

The Zoning By-law Amendment application proposes to rezone the property to permit a commercial office development with two (2) three storey buildings and two (2) single storey buildings.

There is also an Official Plan Amendment application proposing to re-designate the subject lands from Prestige Employment Area and Natural Heritage System Core Areas to Community Commercial.
