Applicant Name: Holland Green Village 

The applicant is proposing 522 units of residential apartments through a three-phase development approach. The total lot area of the site is 3.77 ha (9.3 acres). The proposed development would consist of eight buildings, including a place of worship and a community centre. In addition, ground floor retail would occupy 53,882 square feet of the entire site. A total of 1091 parking spaces is proposed to be provided for the development.
