The Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision applications propose to rezone the subject property from Rural (RU) to Residential Sub-Zone 2 (R2-2), Residential Three (R3), Residential Four (R4), and Open Space 2 (OS2) to facilitate the development of 177 singe-detached, 140 semi-detached, and 48 townhouse dwellings. The proposal also includes 0.8 hectare park block.
