The Town of East Gwillimbury (EG) operates a bulk water filling station at 67 Bales Drive East (in the dead end/cul de sac) for the purchase of large volumes of water for commercial use.

How to purchase bulk water?

Customers need to set up an account before using the bulk fill station. New customers can set up their account:

  • Online after completing the Bulk Water payment form.
    • Customer Service will email your account details, which you will need to complete transactions at the fill station terminal.
    • In-person at Customer Service in the Civic Centre (19000 Leslie Street)

 A 6-digit ID and a 4-digit Access PIN will be emailed to customers to access the bulk fill station.

Existing customers can add funds to their accounts online or by visiting Customer Service at the Civic Centre.

How to use the bulk fill station?

Once your account is created and the funds are deposited, visit the bulk fill station at 67 Bales Drive East. The station has a 3” female camlock connection.

To use the bulk fill station and dispense water:

  • Type your 6-digit ID followed by your 4-digit Access PIN. Your pin will be sent via email from Customer Service.
  • Enter the volume of water you'd like, and press start to begin dispensing water. The water will stop automatically when finished.
  • In case of an emergency, please hit the red emergency stop button. After you're finished, please close the panel door at the station.

Cost

The cost of water is $3.12/m³ ($3.12 per 1000 litres). Payments include a 2.25 % service fee, that will be charged once payment is confirmed by the Town's third-party payment provider.
