One of a Kind Show - March 27, 2025

Join us for a day trip to the Enercare Centre at the Exhibition Place Toronto for the Spring 2025 One of a Kind Show.

Running since 1975, One of a Kind is the premier showcase of Canadian handmade and artisanal objects and represents the best of Canadian makers in the largest craft show in North America. From

 

Please Note: Lunch is not included in this trip, there is a designated food hall on site where you can grab something to eat from a selection of food trucks.

Spring and Summer 2025

 Little Canada and Tall Ship Cruise - June 2, 2025
Join us for a day trip to Toronto! We will start the day off at the St. Lawrence Market for some free time to shop and grab your choice of food for lunch. Then we will make our way over to Little Canada - a unique attraction that tells the stories of Canada and showcases the country's cities and landscapes through the art of miniature. From there we will set sail on the Kajama, a traditional 165 foot three masted Schooner boat cruise. We will sit back and relax as we set sail on Toronto harbor and beautiful Lake Ontario.

 

Cost:

Non-member - $140

 Dundurn Castle and Royal Botanical Gardens - July 17, 2025
Join us for an amazing day trip visiting Dundurn Castle and the Royal Botanical Gardens! The day will begin at Dundurn Castle for guided tour of this 40-room Italianate-style villa built in the 1830's on Burlington Heights. From here we will go to the Royal Botanical Gardens Canada where we will have a boxed lunch (see lunch details below) and a guided tour of the gardens. Next we will make our way to the Dutch Mill Country Market for some shopping before we depart home.

 

Lunch Details:

  • Smoked Turkey Wrap (turkey, lettuce, tomato, roasted pepper aioli.
  • Side garden salad
  • Banana bread for dessert
  • Bottle of water

Kings Wharf Theatre : Grease - August 21, 2025

Join us for a day trip up north to the Kings Wharf Theatre. We will start the day at Restaurant Sainte-Marie for an amazing buffet lunch. From there we will head over to the theatre to see the Broadway musical phenomenon Grease.
