Customer Service Hours
Customer Service will be closed on Thursday, July 1 for Canada Day and available again by phone on Friday, July 2 at 8:30 a.m. If you have an emergency with regards to water, sewers, roads, parks or recreation facilities, please call 905-478-4282, and press option 3.
Waste Collection Schedule Changes
Waste collection that regularly takes place on Thursdays and Fridays will be one day later due to Canada Day. For more information regarding waste collection in EG, visit the Garbage, Recycling and Green Bin page.
York Region Waste Depots
All York Region Waste Depots will be closed Thursday, July 1, 2021. For locations, hours and a list of accepted items visit York Region's website.
