2024 Property Taxes Due
2024 interim tax bills were mailed by January 26, 2024. The due dates for the 2024 interim tax bills are February 29, 2024 and the second installment is due April 30, 2024. Payments can be made at your bank, online/phone banking, through our online portal or through a pre-authorized payment plan.
If you did not receive your bill, please contact Customer Service at 905-478-4282, and we will re-issue your bill. Residents can also register to access tax bills online via the Town’s online portal. To set-up your account, find your 5-digit access code on your water or tax bills. Learn more at www.eastgwillimbury.ca/PropertyTax
Final Draft Tree Protection By-law Open House
The Town is seeking public feedback on the Draft Tree Protection By-law. The Town recognizes that trees provide various important environmental, social, health and economic benefits. The draft by-law intends to strike an appropriate balance between protecting the tree canopy cover and maintaining flexibility for landowners to responsibly manage their trees through a variety of mechanisms including exemptions, exemption permits and standard permits.
