Good Friday garbage collection
Waste collection that is scheduled for Friday, April 15 will be moved to Saturday, April 16 to accommodate the Good Friday holiday.
Yard waste collection
Starting April 7, yard waste collection will be available every other week for residents. Please place yard waste in paper, compostable bags at the side of the street with the rest of your collection bins. Residents can also place yard waste in open top containers (with handles) that are labelled with yellow yard waste stickers. To view the collection, schedule visit www.eastgwillimbury.ca/waste
Vendor Applications open for 2022 Tapestry of Taste

Protect your trees from LDD
Lymantria Dispar Dispar (LDD) is an invasive species. Residents are encouraged to check their trees for egg masses and remove them, while wearing gloves and long sleeves. They can do so by either scraping or vacuuming egg masses and disposing into soapy water.

Coyote Mating Season
Residents who live or walk near coyote habitats should take extra care. Avoid letting pets out unattended for long periods (even in backyards), keep dogs on a leash when walking and keep cats indoors or supervised outside.
