Wildlife Rescue and Release in EG
EG’s wildlife contractor, Aurora Animal Services, received a call in April for orphaned fox kits. The foxes were trapped, rescued and then received care at Shades of Hope! On Thursday, officers released the foxes into the wild in a greenspace away from residences and major roadways in Holland Landing.

Update your Location
We are making changes to the registration process for residents and non-residents. EG residents can register for programs a week before non-residents.

Registration for users listed as an East Gwillimbury resident in ActiveNet will open before those who are not listed as a resident. East Gwillimbury ActiveNet users need to update their account address to ensure it lists “East Gwillimbury” as the city.
