EG facilities reopening to the public on Monday, January 31, 2022

On January 5, the Civic Centre was closed to public access due to increasing COVID-19 cases. These steps were aligned with the Town’s risk-based decision-making framework that considers provincial regulations and Public Health direction.

In keeping with the province’s approach to cautiously lift public health measures, the Civic Centre will re-open on Monday, January 31 to staff and the public. Residents will continue to be encouraged to schedule appointments to meet with staff. Marriage license applications and Civil Ceremonies will also resume on an appointment basis.
