January 21, 2024 – Committee of the Whole Council (CWC) Meeting – 2 p.m.

Outdoor Rinks in EG
Embrace the winter weather and use EG’s newly opened outdoor skating rinks! The Mount Albert Community Centre (53 Main Street) and Ridge View Park (16 Pear Blossom Way) rinks are open from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. and feature outdoor lights. The rinks are used for skating only. Vivian Creek Notice
EG has made improvements to the Vivian Creek Trail. The section of the trail from Vivian Creek Park to Samuel Harper Court, will reopen to the public on Monday, January 27. The project improved drainage, enhanced local wetlands, and provided stream restoration along Vivian Creek. Learn more on our website. Please exercise caution, remain on the trail, and keep out of environmentally sensitive wetland areas.

Family Fun Day
Bring your family and join us for Family Fun Day on February 17 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the EG Sports Complex! This event is free and is suitable for all ages. Summer camp registration opens and will be available for EG residents to register in-person from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Customer Service desk. Camp resident registration is also available online.
