Nomination Period is Open

Spring Maintenance Update
Spring Half Load Restrictions - Following favourable spring weather conditions, the Town’s seasonal half load restrictions will be lifted on May 2, 2022.
Yard Waste Collection - Yard waste collection has started. Please organize yard waste in reusable containers, paper yard waste bags or bundles of brush. Grass clippings or yard waste in plastic bags will not be collected. For more information and the schedule, visit www.eastgwillimbury.ca/YardWaste
Street Sweeping - Sweeping of Town roads and curbs began May 2 and will take approximately two weeks to complete. Residents are advised not to park on the roads during this time and refrain from putting waste, recycling or debris on the road for collection.
LDD Burlap Pick-up for caterpillars
Residents can pick-up one piece of free pre-cut burlap wrap per household at various locations across EG while supplies last. Pick-up locations during regular operating hours are:

Community Clean Up

No Mow May
The Environmental Advisory Committee asks residents to help support pollinators this spring and avoid mowing lawns until June.
