This Official Plan Amendment application proposes to bring the subject lands into the Town’s Settlement Area boundary to facilitate the proposed development for low and medium density residential uses. This development currently proposes approximately 418 residential units, with a mix of densities including low and medium density. A stormwater management facility and pump station are also proposed. The concept plan for this development will be refined through the Community Design Plan and plan of subdivision process.
