The Town of East Gwillimbury is dedicated to fostering effective communication with residents. As part of our ongoing commitment to community engagement, the Town launched a public survey to gather valuable feedback on how residents would like to receive Town news and information.

The survey asks residents about what communication tools and methods they find most effective. By participating in this survey, residents can indicate if they prefer to learn about Town activities through social media, the website, print publication, or other communication channels. This feedback will be instrumental in shaping how the Town shares important news and information in the future.

“Our goal is that all residents are informed and have easy access to information about what is happening in our community,” said Mayor Virginia Hackson. “It is important for us to understand if residents can get the information they need, when they need it, and we want to hear if there are ways we can improve our communications. It is important that we meet the needs of residents by providing timely and effective communications.”

Participate and Win!

Residents are encouraged to take a few minutes to complete the brief survey at www.eastgwillimbury.ca/Hello. Paper copies of the survey are available from Customer Service at the Civic Centre and Sports Complex. By sharing your valuable feedback, you will be entered into a draw for a chance to win a $100 local business gift card. The draw will take place on May 6, 2024. The Town will notify winners via the email provided in the online survey.
